Promised to sell us brand new furniture, but sold us used instead. Tried to scare us into keeping the used furniture by falsely accusing us of having bedbugs, demanding that we pay for the furniture in full. Then tried to blackmail us by threatening to call other rental companies in Xenia to warn them that we have bedbugs. We've never had bedbugs in our lives! Had to call police to get them to stop verbally abusing us in our own home. Filed complaints with BBB and Ohio Attorney General. Would never set foot in that store again if it was the last furniture store on earth! Manager named Dustin just took over the store this summer after ALL the previous employees suddenly quit. That should tell you how stable this company is!

For a lease to own or rent to own company it does not get any better. They have fair cost if paid within 6 months.. Better than Aarons or Rent a center.
