Not impressed. When I dropped my dogs off in the morning, it looked like a dog had just had a mess on the floor and was in the process of being cleaned. It smelled awful!! But when you works with animals that is a risk you take. But when I came back hours later, it still smelled just as awful, the floor hadn't been cleaned and my dogs smelled just like that awful smell!! Bleach goes a little way people. So they got ANOTHER bath when they gotHome.

Great place! After poor experiences with other kennels, I was hesitant, but Francis Kennels is truly a pet resort! They all love pets, the facility itself is clean and nice, and they are always keeping the grounds and the building up. Best of all, the employees treat my pets like they are their own pets. I tell everyone I know about Francis Kennels!

I won't take my dogs anywhere else! Everything about Francis Kennels is great: their rates (they offer many discounts!), their hours, and their care for the animals. They truly care for my dogs like they are their own. My little girl has a very sensitive stomach and she requires medications, and they always keep a close eye on her to make sure she's doing okay. The day I pick up, I make sure to have them both bathed so they always come home so clean and tired! I recommend Francis Kennels to anyone who truly loves their pets and wants them to be cared for by the best.

Absolutely WONDERFUL Kennel. Lots of land for the dogs to run, great customer service and owners who genuinely care about their customers. Affordable, and They even remember your pet and get excited when they hear you're coming back! I wouldn't board my pet at any other place.
