I received good customer service. Florist let me select from fresh-off-the-truck flowers.

Horrible customer service. Watch out for hidden fees with this one. Told limit wanted to spend and was told they could make a lovely arrangement with that amount. When came to the total it came almost almost double what was discussed. When I asked why, I got the reply "You don't have to be rude!" Use caution. They did not get my business.

Heidi Hildebrandt is the owner. She has always been very helpful, and she makes lovely floral arrangements. I love that she has everything computerized, so once you've sent flowers to someone, the address and contact phone numbers are saved. Heidi also has silk arrangement, candles, gifts, small and large plants and greeting cards for sale. She has a lovely wrought iron gazebo that she incorporiates into floral wedding designs. She carries both Teleflora and FTD designs. This is great because it gives you more choice and variety, especially for holidays.

The Flower Stop is great! I recently lost my father and went in to purchase flowers. The lady I dealt with was very sympathetic to my loss. She offered me a seat and gave me books to look through. She offered suggestions on arrangements, she was never pushy on what or how much to buy. She could have taken advantage of me in my time of stress, but she did not. This will be my florist from now on. Thanks Flower Stop!

I wanted to return a coffee mug to my friend with some flowers in it, and the owner created a beautiful arrangement with flowers that matched the colors and style of the mug perfectly, and for a very reasonable price!
