Even though the warranty company would not cover repairs this business is very explanatory about the procedures of the non covered issues.

This is the worst company to ever have come out..I spoke with Dennis and he did not care to help someone, even though his employees broke the water heater even more. We had to get someone else from another company to come out 2 days after the warranty and the warranty is only 30 days... and fix the issues we had. If i were you I would stay as far away from this company as possible
