I thought from the appearance of how nice and homey the boutique appeared it couldn't be all bad.. most clients appeared to be of the older generation when i walked in and it seemed to be outdated. I walked in stated i had an appointment. When it came time for me i explained what i wanted to the stylist and asked "do you know what i mean" and of course she stated flatly ..."i have been doing this 37 years yes i know what you mean".. needless to say every time i made a statement to her and explained what i wanted ..she did the exact opposite. I wanted to ask her" do you know me? have i done something to you? can you hear me? are you having a bad day? why are you doing this? It was too late to jump out of the chair and leave. I ended up with a 6 inch mullet on top my head and the rest with farrah fawcet flips!..nightmare. I didn't complain ...i paid her and also an extra 5.00 because my hair was so thick. Really? I didn't get a receipt with a muttered explanation. WTH.. NEVER AGAIN
