We had a brake line failure on our motorhome while we were traveling through to North Carolina. They really went above and beyond. They were able to get it so we could drive back to the yard, and squeezed us in on their already busy schedule. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We needed an emergency repair to a small flatbed trailer, These guys came through in flying colours with prompt courteous service. Repairs done at the appointment time. No delays no surprises.
Shortly after getting the repairs done we found ourselves stranded in the middle of a busy intersection unable to back up or move forward, These guys were on site to tow us free of the intersection within minutes of being called. TOP RATING in all respects. Almost worth being in need of emergency service these guys were so good.

My truck decided to lose its water pump 800 miles from home. These guys were awesome. I usually work on my own truck but not having the right tools nor a place to work on it i took it here. The mechanic looked right at, explained to me exactly what they were going to do and then gave me a great estimate (what i would've charged back home). The work was done HOURS before the time they thought it would be done AND turned out cheaper than i was told. If Wytheville auto and truck repair are a sign of how they treat STRANGERS around here, I'm jealous I'm not a local. Y'all are incredible people!!!

They absolutely saved us. State of emergency due to snow, AAA would NOT tow us. Rex showed up in less than a half hour of calling, it took only 3 days to replace my transmission at a very reasonable price. Rex and everyone there were so nice and informative. Which makes anyone traveling more at ease. Felt like I was dealing with my local mechanic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!
