I was discontented with the lack of professionalism displayed by the Heck Brothers Co. Perhaps, they're too busy to accomodate a funeral arrangement which was to arrive in time for the viewing service. The arrangement arrived late and the family was called to pick up the arrangement the next day. Futhermore, I live out of state and the funeral home recommended this florist due to the close proximity to the funeral home; 1/2 mile. To my dismay, Heck Bros approached the situation like it was my problem. Afterall, payment was already received. I've used several other florist from various different states and this is the FIRST time this has ever occured. Initially, the request even seemed like too much to ask for in terms of what flowers would be used or what's the normal arrangement consisted of for this time of year and area. It was customer service at a low level. Compensation was not an option. Offering a discount would've been better than nothing. Hope you have better luck
