It has also developed a full range of capabilities to support all facets of assessment of students in kindergarten through college and at the professional level. Headquartered in Durham, N.C., Measurement maintains 13 offices in nine states, including one in Wyoming, Mich. It employs more than 300 full-time staff in addition to hundreds of seasonal employees that assist in assessment scoring, item development and materials handling. The company is organized into seven main departments: test development, scoring, information technology, program evaluation, software products, materials management and administration.
