The lady who runs the place is Kieu. She's unbelievable when it comes to solving just about any problem I have with my printer. I'm an older person and sometimes I have a hard time getting my printer to work. She shows me what to do. And the prices of my ink cartridges are way, way lower than anywhere else in town.
