      Excellent school for any child to attend. Very clean, wonderful teachers, and most imporantly, our children come home everyday sharing what they've learned for the day. What's also satisfying is that they retain what they learn which means this school's got their curriculum set-up in a great way; a way for children to retain prior information in addition to gaining new info to continue increasing their total knowledge base. My husband and I are so glad we listened to people's recommendations. Thank you Friends' Central School and keep up the great work!!!!!

      So glad we sent my children here. The staff is fantastic, the facility is very clean, and best of all my kids are learning so much and having a great time doing so. Highly Recommend!!!

      Very good School! Great Academics. From Lower School to Upper School very good teachers. Especially Main Line Times featured Peter Grove, Lower School Science Teacher. For All Good school.

      General Info
      Established in 1845, Friends' Central School is co-educational, college preparatory day school. It operates lower, middle and upper school division and provides education to students in prekindergarten through grades 12. Additionally, it offers a variety of educational programs, including ceramics, drama, drawing, instrumental music, music history and theory, painting, photography, vocal music and woodworking. Its facility includes gymnasiums, tennis courts, a swimming pool, wrestling room and fitness center. In addition, it offers classrooms and computer labs. The school also offers community programs, such as aquatics and a Japanese language school. It additionally provides various technology education, and counseling programs and placement services. The school s athletic activities include basketball, wrestling, swimming, lacrosse, baseball and golf. It also provides summer camps for students. The school is located in Wynnewood, Pa.
