When you walk in the only one staff that works there seems very nice and welcoming... But Cheri Pullen omg she's rude, she act like she a know it all, that's fine but she has an attitude when customers ask question. Doesn't explain what you're signing. Oh and don't change your mind about anything if so she'll act like Incredible Hulk.
