The guy that came out was very polite and professional. He did nice job with my leather sofa. It just needed minor repair (extra stuffing and pillow repair). He was on time and the repairs didn't take long. He cleaned up after himself, the sofa looks much better, and best of all: he repaired the sofa at my house! I didn't have to bring it to him. There is a minimum charge, but that amount is applied to the work performed. It isn't an additional amount. I would definitely recommend Leather & Wood Craftsmen to family/friends.
