      This company not only failed to completee my transaction for my property sale when I brought it to their attention they still didn't get it done right the second try. Unable to get my land transfered to my name, and mobile transfered to my name never happened. Costing me thousands in taxes and expenses. My check cleared the bank though, would not recommend them at all. If you have to use them get a lawyer to review your forms and insure everything.
