I've been going there for used tires for several years now, never had a problem. I decided to try getting them new this time since my husband is going to start driving far. I specifically asked for the tire size. He made me a deal $4 cheaper than the next one down the street. I usually get them in garland but I didn't want to drive because it was almost traffic time. Well, I took the car home and when my husband took it to work, the tires touch big time when making Sharp turns. I read the tires. They are a size bigger than what I asked and what the car had before they got changed. I called and they said SINCE I ALREADY USED THEM THEY CAN'T TAKE THEM BACK. Unbelievable!!!! Their mistake!!!!! It can easily cause an accident!! When the tires make contact with the car it makes the car hard to control. At this point I do not know what to do other that maybe look for an owner? But it is a small place and it offers no warranty. Next time I will surely pay the extra $4!!!! NOW I KNOW WHY IT LOST CUSTOMERS. IT'S NOT THE RELOCATION, IT IS THE LACK OF GOOD SERVICE LATELY.
