Hole In One Plumbing

Would not recommend this company to anyone. I requested Oscar as my wife's coworker uses him for all their properties. Well they send 2 guys over which we not oscar and 1 is smoking like a chimney both looking unprofessional. Then he comes in my house with an attitude asking me who did the PVC work before and I said I did and he said it's all wrong but I need to cut this all out and replace it. Mind you very little PVC that needs to be replaced and he quotes me almost $500!!! Wtf that's highway robbery! Then the supposed to offer free estimates near Wylie but since I live 10 min away they charged me $85 just for 2 min!

all I am going to say gina m. why didn't you say they gave you $3000 to fix your hard wood floors? all you wanted to do is bad talk the owner.but he took care of you and made it right so you didn't have to pay out of pocket for your floor even though hole in one is not responsible for you floors.

We had Hole in one do a few different jobs for us. The last job they did was leak repair. They hit one of our fresh water pipe and caused water damage to our hardwood floors. When we asked them if there was an accident with water--they never told us they hit our pipes and caused a water leak that damaged our hardwoods. The employees also went through our drawers and looking for chargers for our phone--they took them and later returned them after we found the missing, I called the owner and he was unwilling to take responsibility for the damage done to our floors--he yelled and cussed at me and asked me how I could hold him responsible for the actions of his employees--it was a little bit scary his behavior and response.

Faulty installation. Owner is rude and condicending. Look elsewhere.

Hole In One Plumbing responded within the hour after they were called. They arrived, assessed the problem, and provided a very competitive estimate. They were given the go ahead to perform the work, went to work immediately, and completed the entire project within 2 or 3 hours. Very professional and knowledgable. Kudos to Oscar and his crew as we will call them for all plumbing repair needs. Highly recommended.
