Floor USA N More

After completion, on my next day off I walked the floor looking for any defects as I would have when I was a commercial property manager. I found one laminate strip that was broken in corner of the piece. I notified company probably 6 times and 7 weeks later they showed up and filled space in with paint or something that didn't match color after it dried. I requested again that the piece be replaced as the floor was new and was broken on installation. I was told I should wait and then that they would have to replace a moulding stirp which would cost me 86 dollars. I haven't heard any thing else in the last 10 days. I doubt if I'll hear from them again. It was a very expensive floor. I have plans to replace my carpet areas but will certainly not use this company again.

I was kinda scared at first about buying new hardwood floors..Until I went to Floor USA. I was met at the door by friendly service and even better prices. My floors floors are AWSOME! I won't go anywhere else next time.
