Went to shampoo my carpets and the carpet machine jacked my money. Not just in 1 machine, but BOTH macines.

My card was charged 11.00 for a 2 min wash! What is going in here ?! Trying to call management and phone rings once and hangs up immediately. I need answers. I can't imagine how many people are experiencing the same thing and not even checking their charges. Something up

My credit card was charged 11.00 for a 3 minute wash which I thought was to be 2.50. No receipt I found out by banking online.

I was charged $11 on 5/24/2015 but it still hasn't gone down to the normal $2 charge and it's 6/11. I won't be using this place again.

If you check your account a couple days after the 11 dollar charge goes down to what you actually paid.

Pulled in to do a simple wash because by the looks of it that would be the place to do so. Well the machine took my money and I got no wash. There is no phone number anywhere on the building so I can't even contact anyone to get my $2. If you need a good wash go through the $5 one right next door. If you want to donate money to some guy who can't even make a car wash that works then just go throw your money in gutter at this place.

This place is fine if you use QUARTERS. I used the card machine and did a soap spray and rinse only totalling 2.50. The following week a charge of $11.00 had cleared my bank account. I tried contacting them -= THEY NEVER ANSWER. Now I have to go through the hassel of dealing with my bank and disputing the charge.

they over cheged my credit card twice ! machine said $3 but they charged me $11 i thought maybe the first time was my mistake . anyways ... dont use the credit card machine.

Please be careful using their service!!! I used it once before and they charged me correctly for $4.00. But when I used them on 8/21/11 it showed $3.00 on the meter, but my card was incorectly charged $11.00. For that kind of money I could have had a couple drive through washes instead of one self service.
