The entire staff are great. You could not ask for more intelligent and kind folks. Can you imagine the types of customers they have to deal with daily. Dealing with the public can be difficult, at best. Some people these days need a nanny, seems they can't take control of their own responsibilities and for some reason want others to do things for them. The staff are not your nanny. Next time tell the staff just how much you appreciate them. I do.
