Renters beware!!!!! This was a terrible place to live. So far I haven't found any recent reviews that were positive about this complex and there is a reason why. The reviews I do see were written by the office staff or their spouses. They put their names on the reviews.



The rent was so high for the area, quality and space.



Parking is always a desperate situation. Almost nightly, someone was getting their car towed away. Family and friends aren't allowed to park inside the gates close to the apartments. So, if your grandma's coming to visit, tell her to wear her walking shoes because its a hike from the visitor parking, if there are any space available. Otherwise, she will have to park across the street in the theater parking lot and try not to get run over on the four lane street driven daily by the Wylie High School students.



If you get a garage, supposedly, you are not allowed to store anything in it. This only applies to certain tenants, because as you drive around the complex on weekends, you will see an array of garage configurations from single cars to stuff full of furniture to a backyard bbq and rec room set up in the garages.



We received continuous lists of new rules and threats on a monthly basis including never ending fee and fines from the office staff. They are rude, uncaring and difficult at best to work with. They are only nice to you when you initially rent the apartment after that forget it. Within their own office they don't get along and it is very apparent when you try to get anything done.



BW staff are so busy with their fundraisers, they don't have time to address the tenant needs. We received a blast of emails and flyers about their charity work. I am all for charities but I thought these people were in the apartment business-maybe they should focus more on their tenants and leave charity work to the professionals.



The maintenance staff verbally attacked us on more than one occasion about things we had no idea about. Repairs were never made for the things we requested.



They will automatic want to raise your rent at least 10% per year (subject on the mood of the day) and be prepared if you decide to move out to receive a $200 mystery water bill surely paying for the pool water, watering the landscaping and washing the building that never showed up on your on line account.



If I knew when I rented the apartment what I know now, I would have kept looking.
