      My computer would not turn on, so I called Clay with Blue Diamond PC and he came out at my earliest convenience. He found out immediately that my battery was dead. He took out the battery and plugged it in and it worked. It did not work as long as the dead battery was in the computer. He showed me on eBay how to order one for $20.00. (He did not try to sell me one and add his percentage to it.) I told him I wanted to buy a new computer and asked him to help me choose one, but after talking to him he said he could upgrade my hard drive with a solid state (250GB - cost $179.99) and make it much faster and like new. I had sufficient memory, all I wanted was a larger hard drive. He took my computer that evening and had it back to me the next day, all shiny and clean too. He transferred everything to my new hard drive and put my old hard drive in an external enclosure for me to have an external hard drive (cost $19.99).
