      No stars. We were over charged for less than satisfactory work. Very dissatisfied customer. Do not use this plumber. I felt that I couldn't trust him and that he kept trying to add to the price (which was already well in to the thousands). The work was left unfinished for three days while we were still living in the house. Wouldn't work with on the price. My husband had to finish it himself. If he says he will work with you or take care of you... run for the hills.

      Chuck is great - very dependable and really takes a personal interest to make sure the work is done right. He's always on time and his pricing is very reasonable. He's the only plumber we use.
