Action Heating & Air Conditioning, INC

I looked up AC Repair on the BBB & found this co. 9am Called & was told they could not make it out till the afternoon & that the service techs would call me after 12pm to let me know what time they would be by to repair my AC2pm Have not received a call. Called once more to be told that everyone was in a meeting & that they would call me when it was over4pm - still no call. I call the company once more only to find out that their answering service is now picking up. They paged the service tech who was then suppose to call me 5pm - still no call. I have begun the process of calling other places now to see who can come out the same day since I have now wasted the day waiting on this company5:30pm - FINALLY got a call, but I had already found someone that would come out & be here in 30 minutes! I informed the tech that I no longer needed them I do not recommend this company! I do not know what their service is like, but I would be afraid to let them repair anything!!
