early Saturday morning our furnace motor died. called temp control at 11am, they said that someone would call back in a couple of hours. they called in 1 hour and were at the house 5 minutes later. the tech needed to get a motor. he was knowledgeable and professional. by 2pm everything was up and running smoothly.

My furnace was not installed by Temperature Control but the company that did install it (18 years ago) changed hands several years ago and the new owners were totally unreliable. So I started calling Temperature Control for repairs. They always respond promptly and do the repairs at a fair price. But recently they went above and beyond the call of duty when they diagnosed a terminal problem, made temporary repairs and found the new furnace I wanted on December 23rd, then installed it in two and a half hours on Christmas Eve.
