Company repaired a cement/brick porch, less than a year later the concrete was chipping and cracking. Many attempts at contacting them for repair but getting a return call was next to impossible. They suddenly appeared at the house to look at the porch and stated it was bad concrete and would have the cement person look at it. No one ever came back or called. Horrible business practice.
