I had a ring that I was rough with, I had bent the prongs, Mr. Milkin fixed it on the spot and wouldn't let me pay for it, so when I bent the ring in the shape of a football I took it back to them expecting them to send it in, nope, they once again fixed it on the spot and cleaned it to boot and refused to let me pay them. Because of this, they have my loyalty; and I just dropped off a couple of rings for sizing. Finally, they are going to let me pay them for this, and the price is very reasonable.
