Local favorite. Specialty ethnic sausage variations--Hungarian, Polish, German and Italian. Uses chicken, beef, pork, and occasionally venison. Spice levels range from mild to hot. Also has jerky, pierogi, and a variety of ethnic specialties. Really excellent quality and flavors.
