This district is not able to meet the needs of the students which attend their district. They fail to be able to meet or exceed the provisions of children in dire need of individualized and more structured environment for children struggling (there are more kids then the school can exercise the ability to assist). I also have a child who exceeded expectations in mathematics whom had to be moved to another district because she is to advanced in mathematics and in order for her to achieve the 4 required graduation credits she would exceed the classes offered and be short 1 credit or she would need to go back to much simpler mathematics in order to receive the additional credit. This school also supports discrimination. What is good for one student is not equally applied in their handbook to all students attending this school, and the super attendant was educated of this behaviour by his staff and must be in support of it due to his unwillingness to address the issue of discrimination. If the student in violation works at the district and also attends school there they take no action or if your son plays sports. This also does not even touch the lack of sports offered to women and scholarships tailored more towards the men achieving a successful career then women. Warren County, Wentzville, and Troy school districts are awesome schools that not only meet a parents hopes for their childes success but exceeds them.
