Real Time eXecutives, a software supplier to the plant information industry, has a mission to make available and improve the use of process and manufacturing information. The company collects, stores and offers historical process data. To meet that goal, the company has developed the open connectivity historical database system. By interfacing to standard open connectivity servers, Real Time eXecutives database system collects a complete copy, or a subset, of process data for historical storage.
