Excellent Customer Service‎ - ‎ - Val provided excellent customer service to my son and mother in law on the trip they took to Italy. There were a number of over the top customer service things that she did as my mother in laws health became an issue over in Italy. I would suggest using her if you need to book a tour. I was very impressed.
