This spring we had a required inspection done of our well by Cool Water Pump in order to sell our house. Bob Jones found several issues with our system during the inspection. He walked us thru the issues and explained what needed to be done and why. He was professional and friendly. As the service progressed over the next couple weeks we could see his commitment to his job. From showing up on time to cleaning up after the service, he could not have done better. AT LAST ! I spoke to several plumbers/contractors who started out by saying, "We need to design a new system for you.".... Excuse Me? So Much Baloney...I must confess, I had Robert "BOB" Jones, Jr's "COOL WATER PUMP CO" Sticker on my Elec. Box from when He'd serviced my well water Rust Filer & Softner Systems several years ago. I was reluctant to have him travel from Wrentham to Taunton but decided to call Bob and I'm so glad I did. He arranged to visit, and service my equipment, and explained how adding a garden irrigation system had killed my equipment by over-working it. He spent nearly a full day restoring, cleaning, repairing, replacing failed parts, on my Rust Filter & Softner System. - His fee for parts, supply and labor was fair, reasonable, and far less than REPLACING EVERYTHING which was what all my other contacts were trying to do...(Several Thousand!) I now marked my calander to have Bob service my equipment on an annual basis. CALL THIS GUY! He's "GOOD PEOPLE!"
