Spent hundreds of dollars to have this shop diagnose and tune up my car only to have it break down in two weeks.When I contacted them about it they wanted more money to look for a problem they should have found and fixed the first time. Never again. Very unprofessional and very rude.

I took my car to them because it was having issues, I asked them to give me a full diagnostic and tell me any problems, they charged me $80 for the diagnosic and told me all it needed was a tuneup and I ended up paying $500 for a tune up and diagnostic. Only a couple weeks later it started dying for no reason and when I called them to ask them to find out why, they said I'd need to pay another $80 for a new diagnostic, on top of the $500 I already paid a couple of weeks prior when they gave me a clean bill of health. I complained and they were extremely unprofessional and hung up on me. Slick Spot said they'd look at it for free. I will never use 3rd Street Auto again. I'll probably save myself a lot of time and money in not doing so.

I was visiting family and my car broke down. They were very busy but came to check out my car anyway. They could have towed it and charged me but they were able to drive it to their shop. They had to overnight a part and called before 8 am on Saturday to say they had it fixed! They are not even open on Saturday's but the owner went in and got my car going for me. I am very impressed with their service and highly recommend them!
