THE LAURELS OF WORTHINGTON The Laurels of Worthington is a 95-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center offering a friendly, comfortable living environment and some of the most comprehensive health care programs in greater Columbus. We pride ourselves on the continuity of care available to our guests of our facility through individualized programs designed to meet their specific needs. We excel at short-term respite and hospice care, as well as short-term rehabilitation. And if you are rehabilitating with us, you can rest assured your therapist is working with your physician to design a plan that will get you back in the game as quickly as possible.
