Aptive does a great job killing AND preventing bugs. I started using them last year. My basement was full of crickets and spiders. After 1 outdoor perimeter spray, they were gone. Today, David came out and I told him I was seeing small spiders around the house. He immediately knew what was going on. Went to my basement and found their breeding areas in my hvac drain,and sump pump. Sprayed and told me how to prevent further issues. I don' t even do the indoor spraying they offer. And he still came in and handled it. Super nice guy! Took time to talk bugs with my 5 year old. Aptive is cost efficient and it works!

David completed a service today and did a fantastic job. He sent a text prior to his arrival and even addressed concerns that I sent via a text reply. You just can beat this service.

They charged my card without my permission. I agreed to a $50 treatment months ago. I don’t have any contracts or email confirmations from my initial contact with this group. Today, I found a charge of $130 on my account. I’ve found them online and I’ve been trying to call them and their sales dept just transfers me to a general queue where I’m left holding. I’ve gone through this 6 times this afternoon before the sales team just all together stop answering. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR INFORMATION!!!

Aptive just performed an epic pest control service! My kids lost their guinea pig in a bush and asked the technician Tammy for help. She stopped what she was doing to help us corner the little guy! She was so friendly and helpful, it was easy to chat with her after about all of our pest control problems and needs. Great appointment, and my kids are very grateful!

Alex provided me with a detailed treatment plan and asked if there were any problem areas I was concerned with prior to treatment. Once finished, Alex reviewed the treatment he completed and explained that if there were any areas That needed retreated, they will come back out free of charge. Active really cares about the customers and the techs such as Alex are always making sure the customer is happy.

Yesterday, Wednesday, February 13, 2019, I had the service for pest control provided by
Crystal Lee, a very nice professional lady, who did a great work around the house and a deck.
It was very cold outside, but she was so persistent, she did not miss a single tiny hole or crack in the foundation or wall, or deck to treat. She removed the webs everywhere even around the second floor windows, she sprayed into all inside spaces and cracks in the deck fence and treated some areas around a bed where the wasps were found last summer.
While doing the work, she explained what she was doing, what she was using and why.
Crystal, Thank You very much for your outstanding service, for you being very nice and attentive!!! I hope you will come again for the next service.
