Worcester East Middle School offers a variety of academic and extracurricular programs for students in grades seven and eight. Its curriculum features classes in various subjects, such as reading, mathematics, history, social studies and science. The school has an enrollment of more than 650 students. Worcester East Middle School provides opportunities for students to participate in basketball. It administers music, art, and health and physical education programs.
