THIS PLACE is absolutely amazing! I myself have been bringing my pets here for several years. My inlaws have been coming here for over 15 years (it was once called WITT Vet. service and was owned by a completely different veterinarian- the review listed by the other person was misleading and this is a completely different veterinarian). I can not count how many times they have given us free medication and free services for our animals. Lynn and Poncho have become family, and when we had to put our oldest kitty to sleep, they took care of all of the arrangements and waived the euthanization costs. A week after, they even called to check on us to make sure we were okay. It's not just that they are caring, they are also very knowledgeable and professional. Poncho the veterinarian was able to figure out issues with our other kitty that 3 other vets could not figure out, and since then our kitty's issues have been addressed and he has completely recovered! DO NOT BELIEVE everything you read! I can give you the phone numbers of several people who will voice the same opinions as myself!

I see your reviews aren;t that good maybe you should return calls

if there were a negative star i'd chose -5.. I've been taking my pets for years here. The last time i took my chihuhua cuz she was growing a hernia, they told me she needed to be spayed and that will go away, so she got spayed, paid over $300 and the hernia was gone. Week later her insition got infected, and her hernia came back, they wanted to charge me another $200 or so, how could i trust them after what they did to my dog.



so now i'm bouncing from vet to vet cuz now they want to charge me $1500 for the operation that could have been avoided a long time ago.



Please do not go to this doctor. he is very irrisponsible and all he wants is to suck up your money. he has a bad attitude and very rude.

I had been bringing my Dog to Webster Square Animal Clinic for ten years. In that time they just closed up shop and never let anybody know before hand, under the name Witt Animal Clinic. But I came back to them after they "reopened" and stayed with them for 6-7 years after that. Here are my issues with them; my dog had to be euphonized quickly because he was in severe pain. I called them during normal business hours only to get a recording and I left many messages with them only to never receive a call back from them.!!! and to make matters worse Not other vet. Would do the euphonized because they had not seen the dog before. A couple of months latter I rescued a dog who had just been spayed at The MSPCA OF BOSTON (617)552-7400 the incision had opened up on her. Once again I called them during normal business hours only to get a recording and I left many messages with them only to never receive a call back from them!!! But finally I got a hold of them only to be told they would not even look at the dog because “they did not do the operation” or even advice how to prevent it from becoming worse!!! I drove back to MSPCA OF BOSTON with a bleeding dog. They could not operate on her until the next day because how late we got there. The MSPCA OF BOSTON called Webster Square Animal Clinic and asked for there help because the dog was pulling out the stitches on the way home and Webster Square Animal Clinic never even called them back .So I will not recommend Webster Square Animal to anybody!!!! 10years of doing business with them and that’s the treatment they offer you .

The owners (husband and wife) along with their staff ARE THE MOST COMPASSIONATE SOULS I HAVE EVER had the blessing to meet and I've been to many Vets. They surpass everyone I've ever had contact with in CARING, LOVE for animals and COMPASSION for both the pets and their owners. I have tears in my eyes for they so sweetly helped us put our beloved kitty Boo to rest. They offer their heartfelt love for both and unlike many who have to put our babies to sleep, they make sure they are sedated first so your animal can still hear and be comforted by you and WILL NOT HAVE ANY FEAR OR ANY PAIN unlike most who only use a single shot. I cannot give them enough praise and love from our family to them, and I am honored to have this opportunity to write and share to you just how beautiful these people are and how Webster Square Animal Clinic with such love and compassion, took care of our baby Boo.
