My wife purchased a 21st Century Smoke electronic cigarette for $9.99 at Webster Sq Mobil on 10 Mill St. Worcester MA on 11/22 at 19:47. Owners name on the receipt is Jack Azar. When she got this product home it did not work so I told her to go back and exchange it. The attendant refused to exchange it for her and said that its open and he does not know what she did to it even though she bought it 20 mins before she went back. When she came back I thought that was not the right way to treat a customer so I went down there to exchange it for her. He told me that he can not do it either and the reason is b/c it was open and he did not want to pay for it. I told him that the product does not work and the right thing is to exchange the product. He told me to call the cops then before I can say anything he told me that he was going to call the cops and tell them that I was threatening him with a gun. I just got out of work in business attire and did not have a gun or did not look like I had a gun so he had no reason to say that and I think that this was the worst customer service and experience that I have ever had. He did call the cops and then hung up. They called back and he told them that there was nothing wrong. This is not the way to resolve the situation. I have been in retail and now management in a sales organization and if any of my agents ever acted like this they would be fired. I will never goto a mobile station again and word of mouth works.
