I paid for a yearly fluid change and my plow didn't even make it through 3 storms this year I had to change the fluid and clean the screen myself after I just payed them to do it pulling ice chunks and all.So I go down there to see what's going on with it they treat you like they have better things to do and I'm bothering them. Go somewhere else or even better do it yourself so you know it was done right!!!

I was searching for some Curtis plow parts a couple weeks ago, and only knew of one place in Worcester. This would be Curtis Factory Plus on Millbury St in Worcester. I called and spoke with someone who was real quick with me on the phone and asked if they could return my call later that day and still to today they have not returned my call. I went to the store and it was closed with a sign saying re-open tomorrow. I went back the next day and they were still closed with the same sign up. Will never go back I googled Curtis plow parts in Worcester and came across Clean Rides. I called and let them know what I needed (a part that I knew wouldn't be on the shelf) and they said I can order it for you to be here tomorrow morning at 9am. This was at about 3:30pm. Went back the next day and the part was there waiting for me. Great place and employees are there to help you whenever and however they can. I will always be buying my parts from Clean Rides
