Hats off to Chris Goodnow Auto Sales! I have purchased two vehicles within one year and both deals went smoothly. My first SUV was purchased ten months ago. My Ford Escape was at the right mileage, price and condition that fit my budget and was what I was looking for. The dealership handled the insurance and registration for me as well. Unfortunately for me, there was an accident and my SUV was totaled. Chris was able to find me practically the same vehicle for the price of insurance value. They also have an excellent service center and staff that reviews the car before purchase. I won’t hesitate to recommend Chris Goodnow Auto Sales to others and will return when I need another vehicle.

My wife and I have now purchased our second car form Chris, we just bought a 2013 ford explorer xlt it's in mint shape, had lower miles on it, just what we where looking for! although they had lots of inventory down there to choose from we fell in love with the explorer. and we looked around everywhere Chris was priced 4799.00 lower than anyone else!!! he gave us way more for our trade than anyone else!! after having the car for a day the check engine light came on and I called and talked to todd he said bring it right down and we will fix it and then did! they even have their own service department! at a real garage that is offsite with skilled mechanics. at first I was dealing with another salesperson and i was very dissatisfied with this person because he told my wife and i it had gps and it did not, also that it was getting new tires which is was not! so then I decided to complain about the person and Chris apologized and he no longer works there anymore, however Chris even put new tires on it cause we were told it would, they take their business down there vey serous. They really have your best interests down there. And don't believe in just selling you a car they want life long customers! I hands down would deal with Todd again he was awesome helped me through the whole process and was very professional!! All through the repair process he called me and kept me in the loop, and he is the General manager, very personal service like your family down there. Also I talked with Chris several times in his office face to face he is the owner and he makes time for his customers!! We will see him in spring when my construction company starts to gear up with new trucks he even finds them for you exactly what you're looking for! At rock bottom prices!

Bought a car there, agreed to price very close to their sticker and took car off the lot. Very shortly after, the check engine light came on. Brought the car in, they told us to "wait till the gas is used up and if problem persists, bringn it in". Problem persisted but by then a month had passed so Todd refused to help. Horrible experience!

I never write a review for anyone. But after the way that Mr Goodnow treated me and the great truck that I purchased from his dealership! Being a woman I was really nervous about buying a truck because I have no idea what I'm looking at besides a shiny new hunk of metal on tires. I had visited 2 other dealers before I came here, I should have come here first, I love my new truck!! They sat down with me and we went over my options, I got a gorgeous new truck 2 days later, a great rate and when I came to pick it up it looked brand new!
