Great place. Always willing to work with you. Never will get a different agent.

Th agency was run much like a mom and pop type of business , they were very helpful answering all my questions. I just needed auto insurance for a new truck .. I ended up switching my home and my wife's car insurance as well and saved a few bucks.

The customer service at this place is sub par at best. Don't call regarding auto insurance questions during business hours as the lady answering phones is rude and treats customers like they are an inconvenience. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but I was appalled at the way I was treated after being a customer of theirs for 5 years. Based on that one phone call I am considering changing agents.
