Company is disreputable. My tenant called them because Salvation Army requires a 4 to 6 week lead time to pick up furniture. Austin furniture said on the phone that they would pick up 3 pc sectional set if it was in saleable condition for $40 and if they deemed not saleable would take it to Salvation Army. Autin driver took my tenant's $40 and $10 tip and took it outside and dumped it in the parking lot instead of putting it in the truck and taking it to Salvation Army.

Huge selection,great furniture,great prices.amazing how much stuff they are able to display.they have almost everything.been shopping there 10 yrs.never dissappointed.

This place is quite large but has mostly cheaper or very outdated styles of furniture. Things are piled on top of each other and the whole place is very disorganized. Having said that, they do have a lot of inexpensive furniture. Just don't go here expecting to find a treasure.
