I wanted Resound Lynx2-9 hearing aids. The audiologist discouraged Resound stating they are problematic. She encouraged Starkey Halo2 b/c they are made for iphone (which I have) & she wears this set. She said Resound has poor streaming and phone calls require opening & closing the battery door to connect so I went with Starkey. When they came in, she seemed unfamiliar with the settings. There was no connection on the right unit so she pried the battery connector and broke it off, requiring reorder. During the trial, the audiologist failed to return my calls and criticized the fact that I returned the hearing aids to the receptionist. She stated that I could have put her job on the line b/c she wasn't authorized to take the return. There were no return instructions given and I had no choice since the audiologist avoided me and would not return my calls. Even though I returned within the agreement dates, I did NOT receive my refund within the ORC compliance window. Not recommended!!
