Woonsocket High School provides various educational and extracurricular programs and activities, and serves students in grades nine through 12. The school s curriculum includes various disciplines, such as English; foreign languages with choice of German and Spanish; mathematics; visual and technical arts; and science and social studies. It also offers courses in family and consumer science, and business, physical and health education. Woonsocket High School has a library that provides a large collection of curriculum books, magazine and newspapers, journals and Grolier s encyclopedia. It also offers online educational resources and children s literature guides. The school also offers various extracurricular activities, including drill and math teams, river and art clubs, and children s crusade, and has the facility of a cafeteria. Woonsocket High School offers the National Honor Society program and various athletic activities, including golf, volleyball, cross country, tennis and swimming.
