Been there before surgery and they were a good place but i couldn't help being in pain.
I went for the operation on my back: {fusion of the spine} it's been 4 months and i feel 'i need to exercise' So does the surgeon i see on a regular basis but, I'm a coward! My mussels hurt now days, i need to work them and need a good place like Performance Physical Therapy again but, i'm scare. Walking is still strange/difficult/tiresome as hell but i'm trying to walk and without a walker/sometimes. Performance Physical Therapy has understanding people who know what to do to help: and I'm going there again! I like the place and I recommend Performance Physical Therapy to anyone who needs good help!
