I've used Bernie exclusively for several jobs over the years and he is the best. In most cases, he can give you info that attorneys, real estate agents, zoning boards and local governments cannot. He is worth his weight in gold in this respect. You get a lot more than your land surveyed. He has given me tips that have saved me tens of thousands of dollars. I cannot say enough good about this man.
