Centegra Health System was established by the merger of Memorial Medical Center in Woodstock and Northern Illinois Medical Center in McHenry, and serves the Greater McHenry County region of Northern Illinois. Centegra Health System has level II trauma centers and nurseries at both of its medical centers. Centegra Health System is recognized for cardiac and cancer care, rehabilitation services, occupational health, behavioral health services, and the health bridge fitness center. It offers various health care services, including acute care, ambulatory treatment services, anticoagulation management, bariatric surgery, behavioral health, Centegra Sage Cancer Center, diabetes center, diagnostic services, and emergency and trauma care. It also provides employee assistance, extended care, a heart center, home health care and intensive care, nutritional health, obstetrics and prenatal education, occupational health care, open heart surgery, pastoral care, rehabilitation, and weight management programs. Centegra Health System has offices in Woodstock and Henry, Ill.
