I really enjoyed when I am on treadmills. Very cheep gym no paying a lot of money. If you gain weight, So, I recommended this gym because its only one place who provide all facilities and no special charges

This is gym is superb, affordable price progress is the perfect gym at my city Medford. It has new equipment. Its not crammed full place. Here different parts of classes specialize of your workout. I like there atmosphere.

Best Gym in Queens - Can't be the Price I have been a member of this gym for the last 2 years. It used to be BQE Fitness. New owners took over in September 2010 and really cleaned the place up. I love this gym now. I joined up originally because they had a lot of decent equipment and the parking is great compared to anyone else. No meters! I have to say that the old place was being run down. Seemed like no one cared any more. Now that Ultimate Fitness took over it's like a new gym. They did a make over, brought in new equipment,fixed the broken equipment and lowered the membership price. When my contract ends, I will start to pay $20 a month with a 1 year agreement. The only other place close to that price is Planet Fitness, and I'm sorry, but there is no comparison. That gym is a joke. This is a real gym. The place is huge and has 3 floors, great equipment that works, and the place is very clean. So far the new owners are doing a great job. I am very happy.
