I love Rainbow Pet Supplies my dog was scared to go to other places but ever since I have been bringing him here he is fine he has an apt tomorrow!. I like how cozy the place is and everyone is always friendly. I always like petting the cat on the counter :) I have taken Houdini to other groomers and he would come back butchered and scared. I wish I would have known of this place a long time ago as my other two dogs Rocky and Bobo RIP =/ suffered at the hands of careless groomers through the years it got to the point that I would cut their fur myself because eventhough it didn't look perfect at least they didn't get cuts or raw skin. This is the best place and I also like that they have holistic/homeopathic products. I give this place 10 stars :)

They don't know how to groom a maltese dog at least. Chopped his hair to point where one could see the skin, plus the face. My dog did not have any knots or mats so really don't understand why they did that. Will never go there again.

I just read the previous review: "don't go there." The writer must have a very difficult or neglected pet. There are cases when a pet, while being grooming, does get stressed out, especially if they are not maintained on a regular basis. This was the case with my dog the first time around. Accusing a groomer of drugging? How absurd! My experience with this grooming shop is very different. Yes, they do take their time - my dog always comes out perfect...and no , never drugged. The staff is very knowledgeable, compassionate and dedicated. How can you accuse them of drugging...they own dogs themselves. I will continue to have my dog groomed at Rainbow Pet Supplies-I have tried others in the area to utter dissatisfaction.
