It is very unfortunate that I MUST write this review, based on the treatment I received at Paragon Honda while shopping for a car. Typical click and bait approach. I can't believe these guys still exist in this day and age. Called in to get a lease on 2016 Honda Pilot. They agree on a price and when I show up there they suddenly don't have it in stock. Instead they try to sell the same car with the same specs just a different VIN at a higher price, then the finance manager adds overpriced warranties you will never need, such as roadside assistance (included in your full coverage insurance) or tire protection (in case you get a flat) and polyvinyl protection (if the sun lightens your leather) and charge you 200 dollars for alarm controllers, that you have not lost yet. These warranties add to thousands of dollars, which you can save. If you are cognizant enough to catch them in their scam, they will try to offer you something like an accessory to shut you up, bunch of crooks, save yourself some hassle, drive out to the suburbs or New Jersey and get yourself a good deal.

I will never, EVER get my car serviced at Paragon Honda again. I will never buy a Honda product again because of this experience.

After my car sits for three days in the service department with no word, and after no less than 12 calls to the service department, I finally am able to get a hold of my "service" representative through his supervisor, Chris. Nick tells me that my car will need a new starter clutch, the exact same repair that I had paid $2500 for less than 10,000 miles previous. When faced with this information, Nick and his department refused to stand by their work and propose to charge me full price for another new starter clutch installation. Unacceptable.

Just last May, after less than 70,000 miles, my hybrid battery went "bad" (according to the engine codes) and had to be replaced to the tune of $3500. The warranty had expired less than one month prior. If I didn't agree to replace the hybrid battery (even though the car was running fine), Paragon would not pass the car for the NY State inspection. These guys have no integrity.

Lastly "Brian Benstock," I'm sure you will reply with one of your boilerplate messages about how you'll do everything you can to fix this problem. Your service department has my phone number, feel free to give me a call. If you're serious about standing behind your service, you'll make this right.

The general manager name should be Brain Laughingstock not Brian Benstock. This place is total mess, when you enter sales people are practically hunting, harassing you in every possible way without any limits. Don't believe me check the number of complaints and legal cases filled against Paragon Honda and Paragon Acura. They are totally dishonest and unprofessional in every aspect - during sale, after sale and when servicing your car. Most of the positive reviews here are fake and written you know by who.... Please don't waste your time and shop else where, and don't even try to contact this LaughingStock manager....he is a total joke!

Very bad place. would not recommend it at all. some Pakistani had me and my father walking around for hours to find this vehicle that they told me was available to find out that it was sold. very rude and untruthful group of people. if u want to search for your vehicle with a very unintelligent cars salesman, paragon honda is definitely the place to go.

I drove from Clifton, New Jersey and they were not even sorry for being unprofessional. They just want you to come to their dealership anyhow and for that they will lie to you. I wish I would have not wasted my whole day for such cheaters.

I bought my pilot from them and they ripped me off. NO one I know that has a pilot has paid as much as me and their trucks were fully loaded. They took advantage because I'm a girl. I got screwed and I don't want anyone else to get screwed. If you are looking to buy a car or suv... DON'T GO TO PARAGON!!!

I went on a Saturday, on my day off. I was there at 6a.m. First the customer service girl needs classes on how to treat customers. She's very rude. Maybe they should give her classes on customer edict. Second, the guy that took my car looked like he was on something. He didn���t even check everything. I went in so they would give my car a tune-up and to check my car out, but I left and one of my lights were out. I was not happy with the service. I think there getting too big for themselves and the customer has to pay the price.
