I have gone to the dealership to buy a lexus hs250h. It was priced competitively so I visited the dealership since it is very near to my place. They asked me to deposit $500 to run my credit which they told me is refundable. They told me that I have to finance the vehicle through the dealership in order to get the advertised price; I figured since I have a very good credit, I thought why not. They ask me come in next day and get another $4500 in order to see the finance options which they told me is completely refundable and that they need to show it to bank in order to even show me finance terms.



I trusted them, thinking that this is America no business will so blatantly cheat its customers. Then they took me to a separate room and showed me my finance option which was completely bogus. They added warranty and insurance on top of car price ($12,000 dollars) plus other charges along with a 12% interest rate (My previous car interest rate was 1.9%). They even told me that I do not need my own car insurance anymore and that they are providing it for next 5 years, when I looked at the terms that's not true, it clearly states that it will cover only lender and that I need my own Insurance. Finally I decided against buying the car and asked them to refund the money. Then they showed me that there is clause on the paper which I signed while depositing the $500 that states that I need to pay the dealer 35% of the cost of the vehicle if I don't buy it. They told me I need to pay the dealer ship another $3000 dollars and if i don't claim my $5000 dollars they will forgive $3000.



I was left just with tears. I just lost $5000 in a span of 2 hours without even buying the car just to see my finance options. Funny thing is I didn't even get to test ride the car because it was night.

Be careful never give any deposit and thread carefully with these guys. They are literally goons.

i bought my car from here about 7 months ago

the story is pretty much the same as the others

looked like a crazy deal online, came to buy the car had a check engine light on and needed a sensor replacement.

finally sat down to finalize everything and they told me i had to purchase a warranty and some stupid road side assistance or they wernt gonna finalize the contract. ended up paying 8000 more than the listed price and they told me i could cancel both of them after 6 months and id only lose 20% figured in my head its still a good deal every paying that 1500 or something more and just purchased it. stupid me

i call the warranty companys to cancel and they told me i have to go through the dealer and cancel

the dealer doesnt call back or answer for weeks and i finally get the warranty company supervisors to cancel and i find out they fraudulent the cost of the warranties and sent them only half the money while the contracts say otherwise.

everything about this stupid dealer is fraudulent, money hungry animals, hooligans, hustlers, low life pricks and it goes on and on.

i called my lawyer and he told me he'd have this taken care of immediately and were going to sue these people for a big fortune for all the money they've scammed

the finance manager angel should go to hell and the owner should be locked up

ive never left a negative review about anyone no matter how mad i was but ill make sure every website possible gets one.

I don't know how these guys are in business. same story as the other guy who left a review. I was told one price and i foolishly placed a deposit. Once i sat down with that finance dude the price was jacked up by double the price. I went through hell after that and lost my deposit. The owner is extremely disrespectful and everyone treating me like I'm an idiot for trying to cancel the contract because its supposedly a great deal. The idiotic part was me placing down that deposit....These clowns need to get not only shut down but sent to prison.

These guys are crooks and do the classic bait and switch. Promised the world on the phone, jacked up the price by $8,000 when I drove three hours to finalize everything (after I already put money down), screamed, yelled and cursed when I said I wasn't interested and called them crooks, threatened to keep 35% of my money and told me the internet listed price for the car was their "cost" and did not include their profit! Dishonest, unprofessional and a bunch of crooks who false advertise and say anything to get you in the door and then will rush and trick you to sign something and have you insure the car before jacking up the price by literally 35% of the offered cost and threaten to keep your money if you say no. Sales guy blames the finance guy, finance guy blamed the sales guy and the owner plays the good guy all while still ripping you off, and being very disrespectful and unprofessional. They told me I was stubborn because I wasn't going to buy the car for $5,000 more than their listed price with nothing extra included.
