My husband and his best friend introduced me to El Mariachi's in 1998. We've been going there consistantly for years, usually with LARGE tables of people, spending LARGE amounts on food & cocktails. Now, you get HALF the servings you used to (f and NONE of the service. The service used to be better than the food....and the food was awesome. The waitress refused to write down our order, insisting she wouldnt make a mistake, and she did....several. And when called to her attention, she tried to talk her way out of it by blaming the kitchen. I have waitressed/bartender for 25 years and I know good customer service. These long time customers WILL NEVER return. Shame on you...you ruined a great restaurant.
